Jason Gordon
Co-CEO, President, Production and Programming

Jason is a 20+ year television veteran whose career has included creative posts as a producer, director, stage manager, and graphic artist with each of the "big 4" network owned & operated television stations in Los Angeles as well as the national and cable networks of: FOX, FOX Sports, E!, NBC, ABC and CBS.  While working with some of these broadcasters, he had the opportunity to apply his creative skills for the Academy Awards and Emmy Awards pre-show broadcasts.  Jason is the co-creator and executive producer of the weekly series "fun!" - the flagship series of 3 Alliance - as well as the company's travel/adventure series "andiamo!", "Welcome Home!" and the "Authentic" food series. He is also the chief strategist for all aspects of the company, including:  creation and development of new projects for a myriad of broadcasters as well as identifying worthwhile projects for co-production and distribution. While not officially claiming a role as a talent manager, he has been very instrumental in identifying and pairing known talent with notable and custom tailored projects for broadcast & cable networks, as well as identifying and and fostering new talent for independent and  network projects.  He has also been involved in motion picture productions including: "Cinema Is Everywhere" (2010 - Executive Producer; this film is anchored by Academy Award-winning actress Tilda Swinton) as well as the Untitled DeSean Jackson Documentary (still in production).  Jason is a member of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and is in development of 40+ film and television projects.  Jason is the primary founder and initial financial investor of the company since its inception in 2000.

Donna Perkins-Mooney
Co-CEO, Vice President, Production & Programming

Donna has worked in television for over 20 years as an accomplished actress, Choreographer, and Director.  Her TV acting credits include: "Alias," "Strong Medicine," "General Hospital," "The Amanda Show"  and "Thieves" among others.  Donna's film acting credits include: "Rent" (the 2005 movie), "Leprechaun 5," "Hoodlum" and "Coming to America."  She has also directed numerous music videos and commercials. With her keen skills in front of and behind the camera, Donna has complete autonomy as the company's de facto talent coach - and has been instrumental taking known and new talent from "better" to "best" for a host of projects.  Donna is Executive Producer and Director of "fun!" and the "Authentic" food series and serves as Executive Producer and host of 3 Alliance's "andiamo!" and "Welcome Home!". Additionally, Donna is the Director of every sizzle reel and talent reel produced by 3 Alliance's Level 10 division. Donna speaks fluent Spanish, Thai and French, (in addition to her native language, English).  In addition, she is constantly exploring and collaborating in the development of 40+ film & television projects for 3 Alliance Donna has been with the company since 2001.
 

Wilhelmina Winston
Producer
 

Wihelmina serves as a Producer on "andiamo!" and has been in the industry for over 10 years with a background from FOX and other broadcast companies.  She is a graduate of Grambling State University in Louisiana and has been with the company since 2004.

Producer
 

Susan serves as a Producer on "andiamo!" and has worked for broadcast entities such as FOX for over 10 years. Susan has been with the company since 2006.
